Swiss machining is a specialized CNC process where the workpiece is supported by a guide bushing very close to the cutting tool. This sliding headstock mechanism allows us to machine long, thin parts with zero deflection, ensuring superior concentricity and tight tolerances.
Our facility is equipped with multi-axis Swiss-type automatic lathes that can perform turning, milling, drilling, and threading in a single setup, drastically reducing production time and human error.
